GET SAVED NOW!!!

While shopping in a local Christian book store one day, I came across a license plate holder that read: "Got Jesus?...it's hell without Him!" How true those words are! Without Jesus we are walking dead men and women. As we go through life, many of us put so much emphasis on getting the best job, house, car, and other material things. This is because we put too much value on things that we can see even though they won't last. God's kingdom is based on things that we can't see; mainly faith. We are in spiritual warfare where the devil and God are battling for souls. This life is only a temporary one, but how we live it determines where we'll spend eternity. There are only two choices...basking in the glory of God in heaven or burning in the "lake of fire" in hell. The Bible says "For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?" Mark 8:36

For those of you that have made the choice to be saved, you are to be applauded for your decision. If you have made the choice, recite the following prayer:

"Heavenly Father, I admit that I am a sinner and that my sins has separated me from You. I thank You for sending Your Son Jesus to die in my place. I believe in my heart that Jesus died for my sins and was raised from the dead. I now trust Jesus to forgive my sins and accept Him as my Lord and Savior. Thank You for receiving me into Your eternal family. In Jesus' Name I pray, Amen."

Right now, angels in heaven are rejoicing for the newest member in the Kingdom of God. Praying to God would be a good step forward as this builds a relationship with Him. What do you pray for? You can start by praying to be filled with the Holy Ghost and being led to a church that teaches and practices the Word of God. Remember, you are now a Kingdom pursuer and God not only watches over you, but He also answers the prayers of those that keep His commandments. He will not hold any good thing from you! May God bless you and remember to always have faith.
